On Monday morning, we went over to Ms. Ilda's house to watch/help her make tortillas. It was very interesting, and they tasted a whole lot better than what we buy at home!

She also made flour tortillas and put on them refried beans, scrambled eggs, and some sort of grated white cheese (similar to parmesan.) It actually tasted pretty good!
